Margarita is an experienced fitness coach who has dedicated the past 20 years to mastering training techniques in gymnastics, Ninja, and parkour, among other disciplines. She believes in a balanced approach to fitness that includes strength, endurance, and flexibility. Margarita's training style is both fun and engaging, utilizing a simple step-by-step format that allows participants to see impressive results in a short period of time.

You’ll:

  • Try cool handsprings on bouncy inflatable courses.

  • Practice balancing handstands on spring floors and beams.

  • Get better with gymnastics equipment like bars, ribbons, and balls.

Every Tuesday, we meet for one hour of training where you’ll have the opportunity to improve your gymnastics skills, challenge yourself, and make new friends. The course offers a perfect blend of structured learning and creative movement, ideal for those who want to explore the world of gymnastics.

Ninja & Parkour Club

Welcome to Ninja & Parkour – Unleash Your Limitless Ninja Potential! This exciting course is designed for students aged 5 to 14 who want to develop their movement, balance, and agility skills in a fun and engaging way. Whether you're just starting or already know some cool moves.

You’ll:

  • Learn awesome stunts like flips and jumps that make you feel like a superhero.

  • Practice handstands and handsprings in fun and exciting ways.

  • Race through super cool obstacle courses that are different every week, challenging you to run, jump, and climb.
     

Every Monday, we meet for one hour of training where you’ll face new challenges, push your physical limits, and improve your overall fitness. The course is a perfect blend of fun and physical activity, ideal for those who love to stay active and try new things.
